Capital Radio UAE – Pet Adoption Spot 11th November 2020

Pixie – cat

Pretty Pixie is a six-month-old British shorthair cross.

If any cat deserves a home, this little girl needs it the most as she has really had a rough time in her short life.

Pixie had bladder stones at just two months old which left her in a lot of pain. She has since had surgery and is doing will but will need to be on special urinary food until her body fully adjust, which is likely to be for a few months.

Other than this she is healthy and loves to play and jump around. She is currently spending her time in a crate as she recovers so really needs a proper home.

Please open your heart, and home, to little Pixie.

Megan – dog

Megan is a two-year-old mixed breed dog. She is quite small, below knee-height but just look at that adorable tongue!

She was found in Fujairah with her three puppies January. All three of them have since have been adopted and Megan has been in boarding at Paw Parking since July.

She is still rather skittish but is becoming much more confident and sociable. She does not yet walk on leash, as she is afraid of it, so needs to be in a villa with a secure garden and with owners who are happy to work with on her confidence with a trainer.

Paw Pals is happy to provide free training to whomever adopts Megan.
